We have all experienced the pain of losing someone we are close to. As unfortunate as it is, death is a fact of life. We all have or will have to deal with losing someone who is important to us. One thing we have to monitor is how we react once this loss has happened. Grief, while healthy, can pull us down into the mire of depression if we aren’t careful. Rest assured I am no counselor and I’m not here to try and coach you through grief per se, I think it is important for artists to touch on the subject and understand how others deal with it.
